The owner who welcomed us was very friendly, and even though he didn't speak English, we managed to communicate. With the help of a translator, he explained everything about the room and gave us some tips and local information. The room was huge and traditionally furnished. Our child was fascinated by all the details. An incredible experience. The bathroom we were assigned was very clean and spacious. It was also great that there was a parking lot where we could leave our car.

Perfect stay ! The owners were so nice and friendly. The woman speaks good English and they do their best to inform us on the things to do around. The breakfast was just amazing and generous ! Even the house is really cute and comfortable ! You definitely have to come here if you want to visit the area !

Warm and friendly towards every guests. Unlike other hostels, as long as you take the initiative, you get to know more about the locals staying in Kumamoto here through their frequent gatherings over the dinner time and they always welcome you. They even organised a takoyaki party for me and taught me how to cook it. Also inviting to join the bamboo shoot harvest! What a real experience that I appreciate so much! Highly recommended!
