The staff was very nice and available. I had a spacious room even though I was a solo traveller. There is a kitchen if you want to cook anything, and hot and cold drinks are available for free at anytime. I had a really confortable stay at Beppu Hostel U&T, I recommend you to stay here while visiting Beppu. It's very close to the Beppu Station (10 min walk).

Great location, 10 minutes walk from JR station. There are two convenient store nearby and department store. If you want to have some drinks and food at late night, it is very to buy something. The room is clean and comfortable.

It's about a 15 min walk to the nearest bus station but I loved how it was next to a park and a very quiet area. It's still a walkable location to Beppu Jigoku.

Such a kind host! He remembered our names and was always happy to talk to us. The hotel is very clean and perfectly located in the city op Beppu. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Our hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. They let us check in an hour before the actual check-in time because they were around. Their home is beautiful and the rooms are large, and very clean. There is a free car parking space next to the property which is also a bonus. They also gave us some great restaurant recommendations.

My wife, I, and our baby son stayed there for 3 nights. We had a very good time there with our host being superb, very friendly, and very helpful. She even gave us a ride to the train station and helped us in solving an issue at the train station. The breakfast was very good, we had two very comfortable big beds and enough space in our room and in the living room to let our kid crawl. We only can recommend to stay there.

It was amazing! The room, the Onsen, the host! I will definately come back here when I am in Yufuin and reccomend friends. Our room was huge, clean. Everything is new, tatami is new as well, so my husband did not have any allergy. Onsen is big and very clean. The host is more then just helpful - he gave us a ride to places we wanted to go, also drop off and pick up from City Center.
