The lodge is cosy, warm, clean and perfect for a snow holiday. Shared bathrooms, but this works well, with high pressure hot water and toiletries provided. Nice restaurant and bar in the hotel, that serves a suitable breakfast and nice evening meals. The location is 5 mins drive to the Hilton lift and 10 mins drive to Niseko village. It’s a wonderful quiet location, but close enough to the action. But for our group, the main part was the wonderful friendly owner Sayuri, the whole team of brilliant staff (thanks to Sandip for the lift each day) and the beautiful little dog. I will return, thank you

The staff is incredibly friendly, breakfast extremely delicious handmade each morning. They were extremely accommodating for all our needs. The location is very premium, less than 2 minute walk from the slopes and ski rental. Will definitely come again it will become my go to spot whenever i come to niseko. Recommending to all my friends and family.

Host (Yama-san) was amazing, gave everyone updates on the snow conditions each morning and even drove us to the annupuri chairlift. The breakfast was delicious and different each morning. It felt like a very authentic experience and was excellent value for money. It is a quiet spot but that is exactly what I was hoping for and was made very welcome at all times. Very close to a nice onsen and the shuttle bus which made the location great.

So cozy place near hirafu welcome center I could order breakfast for 1000yen. It was really great!!!! I also could use bathtub in public bath. I didn't need to visit other onsen :)

Customer service in M lodge is amazing, they’re super friendly, accomodating and will help you out on local resources. Will definitely stay again. Short walk to the slopes, they’ll help you with access to Ski hire etc… beautiful. They’ve washing machines downstairs and all the information you need

Th community area was nice, easy way to meet fellow travelers. Good location and easy to get to ski hill. The staff were awesome, very friendly. I would stay here again.
