It’s really nice place in japanese style, with really nice people, Mama-San and Papa-San :) It’s like you are at home. :) Breakfast was also really tasty, but too much for us :D we were full.

The best hostel run by a super adorable, friendly and helpful couple who will do everything to accommodate you (we were given handwarmers on a colder day for free for example). It is perfectly positioned super near to the Fujiyoshida/Mt- Fuji Station with conbinis etc nearby. The whole hostel is extremely cleanly and lovingly decorated (the owners seem to like Totoro a lot). Free coffee available too. We even got a parting gift with chopsticks and a picture from our stay to take home!

Excellent view to the Fuji Mount, quiet and confortable, cozy room, very good bedding. Good "onsen", private, clean and very relaxing. We did not try the jacuzzi but it has a great view to the Fuji mount. Delicious breakfast, with home made bread, "tourte feuilletee" (puff pastry), yogurt, etc. -however, key to reserve the breakfast well in advance, before arrival. For the dinner, you need to organize yourself. Really great the guitar concert given by Yoshi, the owner, every evening from 10 to 11 pm. A special place with a very pleasant, family atmosphere.

The house was very clean and felt like home. Very comfy and we were able to relax after the long days we had travelling.

We rested here before our trip to mount Fuji the next day, the hosts were extremely helpful and they also gave a delightful explanation for the symbolism and the history of the place. If you're looking for tradition and a delight host that goes further and beyond for you, this place is the right choice. Would definitely visit again
