I never give a 10 but this accomodation deserves it. The room was from a good size with comfortable beds. The cleaning staff gets my compliments for keeping everything super clean. Great location and price.

Amazing and helpful staff, very responsive and engaged. We had a room with beautiful, big window and stunning view of the river. The room was spacious, which is not common in Japan. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was a bit small and can could get crowded, but it is not a big deal. We did not have much „in person” contact with the personel, they might seem a bit invisible and absent from the facility, but that is just an impression. Trust us- we had an emergency situation and they helped us to solve it despite the fact it was quite late and it was not their responsibility and fault at all.

I absolutely loved this adorable little hostel. The beds, pillows and comforter were the most comfortable I had my entire trip. The hostel has such a wonderful homey feel and the lady who checked me in was so nice and wonderful and helped show me where everything was and made sure I was able to unlock the door. I will definitely be recommending this gem to anyone I know going to Hiroshima and will definitely be staying there again if I visit the area again.

I really recommend this hostel it is low key the CLEANEST and most comfortable I've ever been to. I literally don't want to leave but the trip must go on. The bed is spacious, shower and bathroom amazingly clean. Kitchen is small but equipped with everything you might need and all the utensils look like new. Location is good, there's tram stop nearby that gets you easily to the nearest jr train station if you need to move out of the city, there's also several bus lines that in a few stops bring you to Hiroshima Station. Extra points for the friendly staff. 10/10 experience.
