On arrival we saw the exterior of the building and it wasn’t exactly appealing but once inside it was a little gem, it’s more of a little house with everything that we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, a nice lounge setting and an easy stroll to the castle.

The place was bigger than expected! We rented a car while we stayed and it was nice to have a car parking spot included.

The location was quiet, in the middle of a residential area so it was very quiet at all times, there was a convenience store about 10mins walk away. The guesthouse was very spacious with a living room, dining room and sitting room on the main floor. There were 2 bathrooms and 2 showers and all very clean!

The house was recently renovated and it is in great shape. The location is great, near all the things that you want to visit when in town. Staff was very kind and welcoming, even providing a map with suggested places to visit and eat.

Taka's house is absolutely beautiful, its very traditional with Tatami mats and a lovely little garden. You have full use of the kitchen and the sitting area too. As we were a family of 4, we had two beautiful rooms upstairs. The village is very quiet and tranquil, we enjoyed going for a little walk through the old style traditional streets.

Nice place, everything is nice and Japanese style with full comfort. The exterior bath is so relaxing, it’s perfect.
