The place is super clean, cute and comfortable. The private onsen (you can book a time slot when you arrive) is awesome! The dining area is traditional and really great. The menu is very tasty. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Beds in the female dorm are comfortable.

The host is really helpful. He helped us a lot during the time I stay there. Luckily, the weather is sunny so I can have stunning view of the Fuji mountain. The house is clean and warm. I’m happy to meet nice people at this guest house. Remember to bring warm jacket because it’s really cold outside at night, but inside the house is warm.

It was a great stay, calm and peaceful rest after Tokyo overactivity. Location is very convenient to go to the lake, do bicycle, hikes. Hosts are very nice and helpful.
