I loved everything about this place : the view is breathtaking, the common spaces are very cosy and the owner was so kind ! I had a really great time and would absolutely love to come again !

The owner of the guest house is an absolute legend. The house is amazing and very cosy and clean. The accomodation has a very authentic Japanese atmosphere. The owner speaks little English but nonetheless tried very hard to communicate with us even though we spoke little Japanese. We still had a great conversation with a lot of laughs. The beds were very comfy, the room was nice and the service was amazing.

The property is located in a very cute and historic part of the town, it has a very authentic feel. The staff is very very friendly, there is also a bar, a kitchen, showers and a terrace. We were quite sad we only got to spend one night there, wish we could enjoy Onomichi and the Guest house a few days more!

I have tried shared houses before and this one just made me feel so so comfortable. The bed and everything else were really cozy (the hair dryer was good). I was blessed with really nice roommates. The house is safe with locks on every dorm door. It seemed far for the station but it’s actually not. Along the way there are shops and lovely views. There is one convenient store just beside it and another one a street further. I definitely recommend this guesthouse :) Make sure you visit Choco toko when you are at onomichi :)
