The staff is fantastic. It’s run by an old couple who speak English and went out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The onsen is beautiful and the breakfast absolutely delicious.

Great place to stay! Staff is really friendly and did a short tour of the facility. The room is comfortable and clean. Def recommend staying. **Accidentally rated this place with a MT FUJI view at first as I confused it with a different facility we stayed back in Lake Yamanaka. The owner is the kindest ever. I met so many amazing other travelers here. It is so close to the beautiful Lake Kawaguchi, many onsen, and other sightseeing locations in the amazing Fuji area. The kitchen is very well-equipped and there is such a nice lounge area - couches and also Japanese-style tatami mats with cushions and table. Free tea and coffee, free washing machine, free bikes to rent! Highly recommend everything about this hostel. The owner went out of his way to help me and the other travelers with anything we needed.
