We rested here before our trip to mount Fuji the next day, the hosts were extremely helpful and they also gave a delightful explanation for the symbolism and the history of the place. The room was very clean and the heating/cooling system was very effective. Bathroom was shared and kept very clean. Bike rentals were very convenient and they served an amazing breakfast at the next door restaurant.

Amazing stay! The owners are very nice and super helpful. Gave us a lot of recommendations for places to visit and where to eat. We rented the bikes and had a cycle around the lake, definitely recommend! The japanese style room was good sized and very comfortable for two people. The bathroom was shared but didn't create any problems. Very nice shared kitchen and lounge area. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the close proximity to the to the train and bus station. Our room was cosy and warm and the Futon were comfortable.The toilets were shared but just outside the room.Showers were downstairs.The public kitchen and lounge room was well equipped. Close to Lawsons and 711 which makes self catering easy.Our room 202 had a view of Mt Fuji!! We would love to stay again. Special mention to staff member Shoki who was very friendly and helpful.
