Yoshi san, was very friendly, warm and hospitality. He is so thoughtful that he gave my sister a gift and wished her happy birthday. Even before we checkout, he gave us a gift and thanks us for choosing to stay in his hotel. He really go the extra mile to serve the guest and make them feel at home. There is even 24-7 onsen and jacuzzi FOC for the guest. I strongly recommend others to stay in kawaguchiko crescendo. Its not only value for money and service excellent. The hotel location although slightly away from the bus stop but just enjoy the brisk walk. I really enjoy the stay in this hotel. Will definitely come back in my next visit in kawaguchiko.

Coolest place to stay for fuji. Whole house, comfiest beds, and a short 30 second walk can get you a great view of Fuji. The owner was extremely accommodating and will sort any problems you may have.

The staff were very helpful in ordering a taxi, even at the odd hours. Excellent location and very close to the main train station and the bus stop for Fuji.

Very nice location, comfortable and large cottage. It is located very close to the lake and you can see the Mount Fuji. It is located so long from the north shore where you enjoy beautiful scenery of the Mount Fuji and also to some museum. This place also offer private onsen which is very nice after long walk or biking. Here we rented bicycles and bike around the lake which was so beautiful and nice. The owner is very friendly and offered to drop us at the station free of charge. We highly recommend this place🥰

The location was great and access to the gas BBQ was really lovely. The communal area was a nice touch and would be great if you wanted a place to relax with friends.
