We loved this apartment! Everything is brand new, the beds are comfortable, there is a table with chairs to eat or work, comfortable bathroom with hot shower (and bath) and a great balcony. It was very quiet and just a short walk from the station. Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at Japanese traditional room. It is very clean, spacious and futons are like sleeping on a cloud. Hosts are very friendly, so the atmosphere in the guesthouse is just lovely.

Excellent place to stay in Beppu. Great location, free parking, nice and fully equipped common area and kitchen, friendly staff speaking a great English. Can't think of a single reason to complain about this place, would visit again for sure. Plus: great attention to families and kids.

I really enjoyed my stay! The hosts were so kind, and took their time to talk about what I should do in the area... that was really special. The home itself is very cute, simple, and feels like home! The room had everything I needed for my stay, and was really conveniently located. If I return to Beppu, I'll stay again!

It's much better than the rating suggests. The room is cheap, fairly large, and very comfortable, and it's very well located in the city. The only bathroom is a bit rundown, but you get tickets to go to the onsen next door every day. There's a rooftop and a kitchen. I recommend it.
