amazing staff, mr. mwafi and miss francesca were super nice and helpful as possible.. great location which is near to major attractions.. the decor and bed size were perfect.. most importantly, AC was more than perfect ( we even had to turn it down sometimes , so feeling hot is not something to worry about at all! ) .. i would encourage anyone to stay here during their time in venice.

The property is beautiful. It is part of venetian experience. The breakfast is very good. The owners are very kind. Very close to the station , so you can walk .

Exceptional. Lorenzo is probably one of the best host I’ve met. He is so nice and very efficient. All is clear and communication is extremely easy. He is very available. He even had put on the AC before we arrive to cool the room!!! The room feels brand new and beautiful, you are very close to 2 of the most practical ferry stop or you can walk to all the famous places. There are a lot of restaurants around and a very cool bar.
