Francesco & Antonella made us feel welcome both via WhatsApp before arrival and as we arrived around at 9pm meeting us upon arrival, they explained the facilities in the room (Mini Fridge / Kettle / Etc.) and the communal Kitchen with Espresso Machine, Induction Hob and Microwave available. Access to the property is Website based to unlock two doors and this was very easy to do directly but keys could be provided if this was not possible. The Room (Celio) was huge with high ceilings and a queen bed, Aircon is provided and also a huge Radiator in case of colder nights. Additional firmer pillows were available in the wardrobe which also contained a small Safe (big enough for Passports / iPad mini and Kindle etc. (This would not hold a Laptop or a full size iPad) We did watch the TV on one of the evenings and this was good quality with App Links to the normal Streaming Services. Bathroom consisted of Sink / Shower / Toilet and Bidet, Shower Gel and Shampoo were provided and the room also had a Hair Dryer.

The location is fantastic. It is right in the center. There is a paid parking lot nearby. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. Our host was very kind and responsive. If I come back to Turin I would stay there again.

The communication with the owner was pleasant, and we were happy to do a phone check-in since our train was a little late. Everything looked even better from the moment we came to the flat than in the photos. We enjoyed small welcome boxes with refreshments. It was really lovely and had a personalized touch that other apartments have lacked :) The beds were comfy, it was amazing that the flat had two separate bathrooms which helped us girls to get ready faster in the morning. I loved that we could have more than one towel per person and toiletries were present (shower gel, toothpaste, and toothbrush 🙌 Also hairdryer, ironing board, and iron added a homey feeling. 🏡 We liked the calmer neighborhood that helped us rest well. It was nice that the flat had air conditioning since it was quite hot in the morning. Overall it was a really pleasant stay and the best accommodation we had during this trip to Turin ❤

We had an excellent stay in these secure, spacious, clean and modern apartments in the centre of Turin. The parking garage was very close and the rooms were warm and well decorated. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked with plates, saucepans and cutlery. Wifi was good and we managed to get Netflix on the TV. We were a stone's throw from good restaurants and shops and were received graciously by our hosts, who put out a breakfast hamper and Christmas gifts for us and our kids.

Paula our host was super friendly and helpful. She even took care of extra needs. The location is perfect and within walking distance to the city centre and also the train stations but not too close in the centre, which means that the area was peaceful and quiet. We went in early Spring when it was a bit chilly but the room was warmed up really nicely when we got there. Everything was prepared very nicely and I think it is the best place to stay if travelling to Torino.
