This is a high quality accommodation choice. The room and its facilities spotlessly clean. A nice little balcony to enjoy a drink. Interesting little view across the rooftops and along the street. A top quality restaurant just along the street--recommended by the pension owner. Breakfast included across the road at a cafe.

Located in the heart of Chioggia, clean and new. Easy self-check in & check out. There‘s no fridge in the room, which for us was an advantage as it is hence super quiet, but might be an issue for guests who bring food/drinks needing refrigeration. If coming by car you can unload your luggage at the appartement but need to park elsewhere. With a motorbike, parking in direct proximity is not an issue at all.
