San Prospero Heritage is a beautifully restored historic villa that perfectly blends old-world charm with modern comfort. While the building itself feels authentic and full of character, everything inside is brand new, thoughtfully designed, and very well equipped. The view is absolutely stunning — open, peaceful, and truly beautiful. One of the first things you notice when you walk in is how pleasant it smells: fresh, clean, and welcoming, which immediately creates a great atmosphere. The room feels new and high-quality in every detail. The bathroom deserves a special mention — the shower pressure is incredible, honestly one of the best I’ve experienced. It’s the kind of detail that makes you feel truly relaxed and taken care of after a long day in Siena. Everything feels modern, stylish, and extremely comfortable, while still respecting the historic spirit of the villa. A perfect place if you appreciate aesthetic spaces, comfort, and calm, with an unforgettable view. Highly recommended — a real pleasure to stay here.

Elena was awesome and super friendly. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. There is a fridge in the common room with a microwave and plastic cutlery. The location was also very good. The condomonium is located on the 3rd floor but there is a (small) elevator. I stayed here for 4 nights and I would stay here again given the chance.

Fabulous view from the balcony, spacious room and bathroom, very comfortable and very clean. We appreciated very much the daily supply of bottles of water and the packages of breakfast items (crackers, jam etc), all at no extra charge. All major things to see for a few day's visit are within walking distance. The room lies a few floors above Piazza del Campo, and by closing the windows we were not disturbed by noise during late evenings and nights. Great stay! Highly recommended!

The room was very clean, and the place itself was very nice and cosy. The owner and other staff were very friendly and helpful. Very thing was well organised. It's is very near to the train station and city centre, we could easily walk, public transportation is also very easily accessible.
