Beautiful modern room that felt new. Very well equipped clean and spacious. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The check in process was easy. The host gave us very detailed instructions and was very helpful.

Great appartman, with a nice style, in a nicely renovated house in the old town. Great and comfortable! Comfortable beds (also the sofa bed!), comfortable bathroom. Ideal for two adults and two small children. Strong internet, TV, netflix and youtube for the children's pleasure :) The parking lot is a 2-minute walk away, the local parking lot is easy to use with the 'easyparking' app, at a good price. Our host, Laura, was endlessly nice, helpful, it was super easy and quick to communicate with her, we used whatsapp, she helped us with all our questions. We appreciate your help and kindness, thank you again Laura! (You know what I mean! :) Everything is ok! )

A lovely room right in the heart of Sassari, with a balcony overlooking Piazza d'Italia. Very central position but at the same time safe and quiet at night. 2 minutes by foot to underground parking lot with super economic charge (we paid like 5.20€ for 10 hours parking). The room is clean and comfortable, all necessities are provided (wifi, towels, hair dryer, cafe..). We are very happy with the smart check-in system that provide complete autonomy and privacy to enter the room with no need for physical keys or a reception desk. Check-in and check-out was simple and smooth. Great value for money, Would come back :)

The guesthouse is in the city center few minutes walk from the centrum, good restaurants, many shops. The owner was really friendly and helpful he helped a lot for us. We were in phone contact and helped us to visit La Pelosa, because we had no tickets. 🎫 Basically the website does not write that breakfast include but we find a “welcome package” in the room, special Italian foods, snacks. It’s very nice from the staff.

Lucia is a great host and I really appreciated the private parking in a gated area directly underneath the building. City center is about 20 mins by foot and the area is quiet and residential.
