The location is perfect, in a very quiet neighborhood, right next to a supermarket as well as other shops, and with easy free parking in the surrounding area. A lovely room right in the heart of Sassari, with a balcony overlooking Piazza d'Italia. Very central position but at the same time safe and quiet at night. 2 minutes by foot to underground parking lot with super economic charge (we paid like 5.20€ for 10 hours parking). The room is clean and comfortable, all necessities are provided (wifi, towels, hair dryer, cafe..). We are very happy with the smart check-in system that provide complete autonomy and privacy to enter the room with no need for physical keys or a reception desk. Check-in and check-out was simple and smooth. Great value for money, Would come back :)

Great breakfast and very easy to get to the bus and train station. The tram stopped very close to the apartment. The historic centre of Sassari was within easy walking distance. Carla was a fantastic host. She answered our questions quickly and access to the apartment was very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed talking to Carla and learning about Sardinia.

Lucia is a great host and I really appreciated the private parking in a gated area directly underneath the building. City center is about 20 mins by foot and the area is quiet and residential.
