The property is great, the room, the garden with swimming pool, sun beds, terraces for each room. The location is great. Elena, Paulo the host and their daughter Maria are very kind, very helpful, I felt they are very warm and welcoming as they were my relatives. They gave me maps of the area, tips for restaurants, beaches and places to go.

This apartment was great! The view of the mountains from the apartment was incredible and very relaxing. It's located away from traffic and chaos, but still really close to San Teodoro and all the main beaches in the area. However, you do need a car to get around. The host was very kind, helpful, and always available to answer any questions. Breakfast was also good — a great balance between price and quality. The apartment was spotless, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The host even came to clean the apartment three days into our stay, which was a nice touch. There are two dogs in the backyard — they might seem intimidating at first, but they’re actually very sweet and friendly. The backyard itself is also lovely, a perfect spot to relax.

The property's location is wonderfully peaceful and tucked away, offering a true sense of privacy. Very lovely accommodation! The owners are very lovely and helpful, making the breakfast freshly every morning, which was excellent! The location is close to a few nice beaches and good to reach from the airport with a car. Great if you are looking for a calm place to stay, but still be within reach of the next town (Olbia).

We was the firts guest of this apartment. It is so nice in the photos, but when you entering the space, you feel much bigger. Lovely!! Everythig is brand new, well designed, a real boutiqe suite! Paola was super nice, friendly, and helped us to organise our next day trip. Water in the fridge, coffee, tea, mini spa care things in the bathroom. The location is 5 mins by walk from the harbour, on the mainstreet there’s a super delicious Gelatteria (Mimmo). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
