Everything was perfect, Stefano and his family gave us a warm welcome, breakfast was lovely, the grounds were immaculate and the room was great, with its own garden space I can’t believe how good this was for the money we paid, I would have paid double! Thank you Stefano!

The hospitality of Filipo & his dad was absolutely fantastic. Eating our delicious breakfast overlooking the view was a highlight of our mornings.

the room was very clean and spacious has aircon, nice closet and good sized bathroom. The terrace is very big, and faces a beautiful green hill. The place is quiet, so you can get good rest. Across the street is a big supermarket, and there are many fruit and focaccia places within 1 min walking distance. Beach is 5 min by foot. The host was super kind and caring, she did everything to accomodate us and make our stay pleasant. The breakfast had fresh fruits, jams, fresh foccacia, nice juices and coffee. We will def come back to this place, since it is a gem in terms of location, quietness and cleanliness. We travelled with our dog and she had plenty of room to play on the terrace plus there is a free dog beach nearby.

The location is great: the beach is just within 2 minutes walk. There is a free parking place nearby (at the Ceriale train station, 3 minutes walk) and several restaurants and shops in the area. Our room is clean, big and well equipped. The host lady is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!
