This is a great place to stay for couple of days. The bed is spacious and very comfortable. A/C works very well during summer heat. There is small refrigerator, microwave, cofee mashine and an electric pot to boil water (for tea drinkers in this coffee-everywhere-country). Bathroom was sterile clean and well equipped. 3 minutes walking you will have a big grocery shop to buy anything you need. it takes 10 minutes to reach the please from the railway station.

I had an amazing stay at this property! Everything in the house was in perfect condition, from the equipment to the rooms themselves. The host was incredibly kind and responsible, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He even came to pick us up from the train station, which was such a thoughtful gesture. He also provided us with valuable information on how to get to Urbino, San Marino, and other nearby destinations. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. 10/10!

Everything was as described, and the hostess was an exceptionally kind and wonderful person, helpful in everything, very gentle and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, we felt like we were on holiday more like at home of a family member.. Very nice and helpful owners, they advised us where to have a great dinner. We were only there for one night on our way to the south of Italy, the breakfast was very good, perfectly clean, quiet even though the house is on the main road. If we ever go to the south again, we will be happy to stop by again. I highly recommend it. Thank you for the warm welcome!

The location was exactly what we needed - it’s right off the main walkway. Having keyless entry made checking in and getting settled very easy. Clarissa communicated valuable information before we even arrived. The air conditioning was fantastic and definitely needed during our stay. We could possibly have been the first guests ever as it was so incredibly clean!
