A wonderful room, carefully prepared down to every detail, with a warm and beautiful decor and spotlessly clean. The host was incredibly warm and kind, giving us all the best tips for places to eat and detailed instructions on how to reach the apartment. She even provided umbrellas since it was raining heavily that day. The room is in an excellent location, right next to a minimetro stop, making it very easy to get around the city using public transport.

Staff was very helpful from the very beginning of our stay sending us all the information and answering our questions. Localization couldn’t be any better, we stayed in the heart of the old city. Perugia is underrated and is the best place to plan other destinations like Assisi or Florence (only 2h away). Highly recommended!

Simple but very smart and effective accommodation, more B&b than a hotel but as per comfort rather the hotel. everything is new and well operating. Good quality of facilities, bedding and equipment. Shower super strong. Calm and quiet, view is spectacular. Breakfast has all necessary - omelet, yogurts, pastry, fruits, sweet options and cold cuts. Climate control works perfectly. Pillows initially proposed were extremely hard, but the fourth night there appeared two more options in the wardrobe, much better. Pity we didn't ask at the beginning. Parking a bit outside, you have to walk 3 minutes. Gates to the historical city is 3 minutes away, however the very center is about 20 mins walking and as Perugia in on the hills be prepared to climb up the streets.

Very nice room furnished and equipped with attention to detail. :) Nothing is missing here, even paper tissues and body cream are available. :D There's also a small personal vault in the wall. And I was given by a welcome candy and a bottle of water. ;) Absolute satisfaction!

A nice place with a perfect chosen name for the apartment "Belvedere" - because of the wonderful and wide view over the town Perugia and around its landscape. Beside the room you have rented for your accommodation you might find the kitchen rooms with all necessary facilities and a large table with enough place for 6 persons and moreover a common living room to be used by the guests. Everything is clean and well groomed. In less then 15 minutes you can reach the first stop of the "Minimetro" line, which brings you close to the historical centre of Perugia in short time. By the way: The next supermarket "Todis" is just 5 - 6 minutes away from the location by a walk or even 2 minutes by car. I can highly recommend the "Appartamento Belvedere".

Beautiful rooms, very romantic, and decorated tastefully and to a high standard. It looked like it could be the honeymoon suite! Spacious and clean. Large comfortable bed, big tvs, air conditioner, nice breakfast. Got parked right outside. Good experience with staff, and a bonus to have daily housekeeping - she even washed our dishes!
