Super location, beautiful room, and breathtaking view of the city. I highly recommend this accommodation and already envy everyone who will stay there in the future. It's located right in the heart of the old town in the pedestrian zone, surrounded by countless bars and restaurants. All the sights are just a few meters away. Communication with Simona was perfect, and all our questions were answered promptly. The instructions for self-check-in were very detailed and easy. We had room number 4, which had two terraces. The furnishings were new and very stylish. The bathroom was very large and equipped with toiletries. There's a coffee machine in the room with plenty of coffee capsules. There were also free snacks, chips, nuts, crackers, jam, juices, and water. The terraces were also superbly equipped. The smaller one had a table with two chairs. The larger terrace had two lounge chairs where you could comfortably relax, and also a table with two chairs. In the common area, there was a very well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. They really thought of everything to make guests feel incredibly comfortable. We are very happy that we booked there and would love to visit the city again just to stay in this accommodation. The photos I'm posting speak for themselves.

Super clean and modern room. Well located. David is an amazing host, we got our flight delayed, he waited for us, and he helped as with everything we neeeded. He gave us plenty of recommendations and places to visit.

We only realized later that the location is really excellent: one can reach the most important sightseeing spots by feet. I also particularly like the modern AC in the room: one can use it and sleep if deemed necessary. The host was also very welcoming and gave us useful hints.

Gorgeous old world style room in a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean. Bathroom modern and has a great shower. Coffee available at all hours due to the coffee maker machine in the shared dining room. Location is great, v near the train station which suited us perfectly, and an easy 15 min walk into the historic centre of Palermo. Great local restaurant a couple of doors down the street. Quiet at night . The owner Franco was a joyful person and let us check in a little early when we arrived. Great value and we would highly recommend. We came and stayed again on our way back through Palermo!

The apartment was great. It was clean, everything looked new and it was very comfortable. In the apartment you will find a fridge and a coffee machine. A nice surprise were bottles of water and snacks. The location was very good. In a few minutes you can reach the city center. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Tatiana is a very nice and warm hostess who welcomed us like at home and gave us some tips for sightseeing and restaurants. If I ever come to Palermo again, I will stay here again. 😊
