It is a luxury house with rooms and with a large common area. Comfy room & bed. Very nice common area (table to eat, microwave, big fridge, etc.). Nice and friendly owners. Automatic check-in check-out (entrance with code); therefore, it was not necessary to fix an appointment with the owner. Perfect location in the centre of the town. Internet available. We will come back!

The room was really clean and the owner is really helpful, communicated through whats app. The area is perfect for parking, relatively quite and a few minutes drive to the centre of Oristano and 30mins to Tharos. Highly recomended!

​I loved everything about the room and the entire guesthouse. The room itself was very spacious and impeccably clean. Plus, its location is fantastic, only a five-minute walk from the city centre. To top everything off, the host was incredibly kind and helpful. She made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay and was happy to share her extensive knowledge of the city and her deep love for her island.
