A great room, also very clean. Breakfast and bodycare items were provided. Location is very close to the port. It has a balcony with a great view! I suggest to take hikes around the hills, fort and beaches, very calm and peaceful places.

I warmly recommend the place. It is extremely clean and elegant, made with taste and love. It offers brand new furniture and appliances. You find all you need to feel comfortable. ❤️ The personnel is extremely helpful and responsive and immediately accommodates any requests. The apartment has access to cute garden - perfect place to enjoy the generouse breakfast that we were offered!

Locaiton is perfect, very nice terrace and beautiful shortcut to the port. It was clean and nice for one night stay. Claudia was very supportive and shared with us interesting locations and places to visit in the evening

The location was perfect - right in the heart of the old town, and on the central pedestrian-only street of Orbetello... Yet the rooms were quiet, facing away from the street. The owner was really exceptional - he went out of his way to take me around Orbetello, to find me a good restaurant at an odd time of day, and generally show off the town. Really helpful.

We picked the larger room option with a kitchen, it was perfect, spacious, clean and Tomasso - the manager - was exceptionally friendly, kind and understanding. Very easy to reach the best beaches, Tomasso gave all the support & guidance what we needed. We had a car, so it was easy for us, but also you can rent a bike. We saw the smaller rooms as well, they also looked very good. Recommended, We will return. Thank you Tomasso!
