The room was fantastic! It looks exactly like on the pics. Everything is new, super clean, comfy bed, the bathroom is big and new. You got an amazing view over the garden with the olive trees. A small refrigerator is in the room, the tv is amazing too as you can connect all your apps ( we did it with our iPhones and it worked directly without any issue). Air conditioner is also working perfectly. The hosts were more than friendly and made us feel like at home. Travel time to Olbia city with a car is 10 minutes so it felt like the perfect place to relax and to be central. We definitely are gonna come back.

Everything was perfect! The room was very spacious and it had everything I needed. The balcony was a really nice extra touch :) Room was also very clean. Communication with the owner was excellent, she was super friendly and answered quickly. Checking in and out happened seamlessly. I really recommend this accommodation and would rebook if I ever visit Olbia again! :)

Great place, everything is new, good location, a few mins from the city center. Big thanks to the host that it was possible to leave the luggage for some extra hours on the check-out day.

We liked everything. A spacious very clean and modern room and bathroom in the heart of Olbia old town. There is complementary water bottles and iced tea in the fridge, vouchers for a typical Italian breakfast of coffee and croissant at a choice of local cafes, and beach towels and umbrella for use at the beach. Great for handwashing with clothing rack and small balcony. Barbara is a very friendly and professional host and we very much appreciated the early check in and storage of bags after checkout which we’re aware can’t always be done but really made our stay.
