Mario and Annamaria is a very nice and helpful people. Mario was in contact with us and was waiting for us upon arrival. He suggest great places in Napoli. Room was clean and location is great, close to metro station and to the historical center.

It is a great room and easy to find. It is right in the middle of things so easy to navigate around to explore. Close to the port as well. Federica is so friendly and so helpful. She provided lots of local information and a great map which helped us to get around places. It was a great room and a good stay. It is up a lot of stairs as it states in the booking - there is no lift so be aware about carrying bags up. It is worth it though.

Without any doubt, this was one of the most comfortable stays I've had. As a solo-traveler I've been to many places, so that is a big compliment. The room has everything you need, with fancy lights, great shower, big TV and a very comfy bed. From the facilities, to the cleanliness, to the view on the Vesuvius from the balcony, I cannot say anything bad about it. Everything was so complete and pleasant. Next to that, Francesca was very helpful and pretty much immediately responsive. I very much recommend this place!
