Bed was very comfy , aircon and fan were very welcome after being out in the heat all day . Location was perfect , 100m from the centre of San casciano for restaurants and bars . Coffee machine made lovely drinks , small hob for making breakfast . Great shower in the recently refurbished bathroom . The exposed wooden beams in the ceiling . Really a great place to stay with a great host .

It’s the perfect pied à terre to visit Florence! Very well located, right by the water and the tram to the airport, walking distance to everything. Very private. Right beside the historical centre. Could walk everywhere. Host provided wonderful suggestions on where to eat and visit. Everything was very easy! Highly recommend!

The room was nicely sized, especially with the balcony, which was a nice place to sit. The fact that there was a well equipped shared kitchen was brilliant. It was also relatively quiet, even with the door open at night. The bed was quite comfy. It was also about a 10 minute walk to the tram, so not too bad for going into town.

Really enjoyed our stay! The staff were friendly, so helpful, room was super clean, room service was fantastic & with thoughtful touches. Very comfortable room and bed! Heaps of space and great luggage storage area. Loved the location - short walk to all of the main attractions and central streets. Easy access to so many amazing eateries and bars - many good ones so close to the hotel - highly recommend Bulli & Balene just around the corner for a great spritz menu!
