Beautiful appartment, with free drinks, coffe and snack. Breakfast was also included - you can choose from sweet croissant or salty pastry, with tea or coffe in bistro. It is very close to city center, you can check in anytime by self check in. I will stay here again next time.

The room is clean and comfort. I appreciated the owner and assistant being very responsive to the requests and questions. The million dollar view is remarkable!! Plus the coupon for breakfast was very good! This is the place I would highly recommend if you are considering stay in Matera.

Very nice room, as shown in picture, with a Very Comfortable bed. Good bathroom although the automatic light (on a sensor) was unexpected and a bit harsh for any nocturnal visit....😳 Fridge in the room. This is an Italian b&b. The owner/manager met me at the premises to let me in and show me around. She doesn't stay there. A very pleasant and helpful lady. About 5 rooms with a central kitchen which was very well laid out and well stocked with plates, glasses, microwave, coffee machine etc. if you want to prepare food yourself. There is a fruit and vegetable market set up in the mornings in the small square next to the building. Butcher and cheese shop also there. Baker around the corner. Also many restaurants in Matera! Breakfast is with a voucher at the small bar opposite. I was the only guests for 2 nights so all was quiet. Great location for visiting old Matera. It's within 5 minutes of the station, right on the edge of the Centro Storico, with the newer town also being easily accessible.

Beautiful, new facility. Very close to the old town. Coffee making with pod machine. Extremely helpful welcoming staff (Sabina) helped with orientation of the old town and where to catch our bus to leave town at the end of our stay.
