Incredible place to stay with an absolutely wonderful staff who went above and beyond for us. We could not have asked for a better experience. Would highly and strongly recommend to anyone visiting Cinque Terre. Restaurant Ciak below the apartments was also wonderful and made the experience of the hotel that much better. By far our favourite accommodation in our 3 weeks in Italy!

Cherry was an incredible host and the rooms are so nice! Very spacious so you can comfortably move around even with luggage out. The washroom was very big and clean. There was even complimentary snacks, juice, tea, and water for us which was amazing. It felt like a 5-star hotel experience. If you're considering a stay in the Cinque Terre area you should definitely stay here and then just ferry/train around Cinque Terre.

We had a wonderful stay in Monterosso, and a big part of that was thanks to Andrea – an exceptional host who genuinely cares about your comfort and well-being. She is always just a message or call away and even came personally to help us when we needed support with a health issue concerning our child. That level of care is rare and truly appreciated. The room itself was spotlessly clean, with every detail carefully thought through. The bed, mattress, and pillows were incredibly comfortable – we slept so well! The windows face a quiet inner courtyard, ensuring peace and privacy. The bathroom was well-equipped with everything you might need, including disposable toothbrushes, shampoo, dental floss, cotton buds, and more – a real bonus. Andrea kindly provided beach towels on request, which was a lovely touch. The room also comes with a terrace where you can dry clothes or enjoy a drink or meal if you prefer staying in. The kitchenette includes a capsule coffee machine, microwave, cups, plates – everything needed for a light meal or snack. The apartment is located in the historic part of Monterosso, surrounded by great restaurants, gelato shops, and a local market. The train station is about a 7–10 minute walk, and both public and private beaches are just 5 minutes away. Highly recommend this place – we felt welcome, cared for, and completely at ease.
