The staff were so helpful and friendly. Elena messaged me before arrival to assure me that our room would be ready at arrival (13:00) She was also available via WhatsApp for any enquiries during our stay and made some suggestions of places to visit and eat. So helpful and welcoming. Rosamarina was very attentive during breakfast service. Nothing was too much trouble! The grounds and pool are beautiful and serene. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning is a blessing! Parking outside is also a breeze which was really helpful. We would be very happy to stay again.

The location was amazing and the staff was very nice and kind. The room and decor was pretty modern kind of giving the white lotus vibes on a budget. Bed was very comfortable and the fact that the beach loungers are included is time and money saving. Breakfast was alright and continental. As a bonus there is a nice yard and a jacuzzi. A definite value for money, would definitely book it again.

Great location, on the beach; the room was very clean and it smelled fresh; the bed was comfortable. When we arrived there was a housekeeper who was very nice and helped us with information and even gave us an umbrella and 2 beach towels.

Raffaella is wonderfully accomodating, allowing both an early check-in when it was raining and leaving bags for a few hours on check-out. She even dried some of my clothing that had been drenched from the rain. The room was cosy and had everything I needed, and it was a very short walk to the beach.

We stayed in Mondello for 11 days and everything was very good. The location is excellent, and the price is standard for this region. The apartment had two rooms, one with air conditioning, a shared kitchen, and a large bathroom with a spacious shower, bidet, and toilet. Bed linen was changed on request, and they also kindly did laundry when asked. Everything was comfortable. I even learned how to use the gas stove – at first it was a bit difficult, but then it was fine. Salvo was very polite, helpful, and always available. He replied quickly, assisted with everything, and was very kind. Thank you for the hospitality and for making our holiday enjoyable. I wish you prosperity and success with your business!❤️🙌🤍
