The location is absolutely amazing. It is located right in the heart of everything but the position is quiet and private. The views from the apartment were unbelievable with our own private dock! The staff was exceptional-always so helpful, cheerful and kind. Everything on the property is spotless and well kept. I can’t imagine ataying anywhere in the city.

The hotel, which is modelled in the style of a typical Venetian residence, is centrally located and well-managed by Davide and his team. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The breakfast was good too. We would certainly recommend a stay here.

Exceptional. Lorenzo is probably one of the best host I’ve met. He is so nice and very efficient. All is clear and communication is extremely easy. He is very available. He even had put on the AC before we arrive to cool the room!!! The room feels brand new and beautiful, you are very close to 2 of the most practical ferry stop or you can walk to all the famous places. There are a lot of restaurants around and a very cool bar.
