The accommodation exceeded our expectations and it looks and feels better than in the pictures. ♥️ Very comfortable rooms, freshly renovated and I never saw a hotel room so clean. You can tell it was made with love, the mattress was sooo comfortable and every detail is high quality. Marie-Pierre, our host is the sweetest lady and she guided us through our whole stay. I can only hope we will return soon. ♥️

First of all, Monica was super welcoming and even if I only speak few italian she used an ipad to translate our conversation in real time, super easy! I felt like at home from the first moment. The house is very clean, with a nice terrace and garden, and the room and the bathroom were super clean and tidy, with nice decoration and lots of amenities and details like coffee, water, snacks, etc. Each morning, the room is cleaned like an hotel service, which I was surprised, thank you! What is also great and was essential for my stay is that they let you get a bicycle during the stay without an extra cost. This was super helpful to explore the area, which is very adapted to bicycle mobility. Every time I saw Monica and her husband they were super nice and warm with me. For sure I’ll repeat this place if I visit the area again. Grazie mille!!!

We stayed one night in this fantastic apartment. Communication with staff before our arrival was very friendly and professional. Petra picked up us at the boat stop with umbrellas in rainy day (very attentive) and we took small walk via center of Burano. Check-in was very quick and possible even earlier than avised. Room was perfectly clean and equipped. Shower, heating, window, door and incredible comfortable big size bed...everything in perfect condition and there was not any noise during night. Morning we took 10-15 min walk to Venissa Wine Resort for breakfast...and this was one of the best breakfasts we ever had. Everything homemade - bread, yogurt, kefir, juice, sweet bar...and the best scrambled eggs I ever had. Absolutely heaven. Thank you for this experience !!! If you want to visit Venice, this place is a truly hidden gem! There are a few rooms, and all of them can share two fully equipped kitchens. The whole property seems brand new and upscale. The rooms are very stylish you have a view to nature and everything is very clean. There is a wonderful big pool to refresh. 3 min. From the property there is the train station that brings you in 25 min directly to venice! There are enough spaces for the car and the whole property is protected by a big fence. We recommend this wonderful place and the very warm welcoming owners of this place! ♥️

The property is extremely comfortable and cozy. The photos fully match reality. We are a family with three children, and it was very spacious for us. Cleanliness is at a high level, offering excellent value for money. The apartment is modern. For smokers, there is a designated area in the yard for smoking and relaxation. The parking space in the yard is very convenient. Nearby, there is an outlet center as well as numerous restaurants for dinner and refreshments. The hosts were extremely polite and kind.
