Very nice large room and bathroom . The bed vas comfy and very clean. Coffee and tea in the room , and a fridge on the common area. Nice little yard and perfect location. For sure will come back in the summertime too. We just stayed just one before the flight . There is a bus to the airport from this location for only 1 euro/pers, but you have to have the exact coins. Only 1euro coins .

We booked this place for one night to be close to the airport as our flight was super early. The room was very clean. Plenty of food provided for breakfast. We were tired from all our trips so it was nice we could watch some Netflix. We had no complaints.

This was a fine stay for our layover in Rome. Easy walking distance to restaurants and close to the beach. The room was very clean, and the hosts were super hospitable. They took us to the airport the next day for a very reasonable price - let's say half the taxi fares. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

"The hotel is very close to the airport. The host is absolutely wonderful – we arrived late at 11:00 PM, and he made sure we had parking, prepared food for us, and refused to accept payment.
