The accommodation was absolutely wonderful. Very comfortable bed, breathtaking view over the mountains, all you need utilities, private parking space, lovely garden, delicious breakfast, extra care for guests' food allergies, proximity to a shopping center (2 min drive). It is - as its name suggests - a little piece of heaven, with a great host! I highly recommend this place!

the hotel is located in front of como lake with fantastic view in the morning. We had room with balcony so we had breakfast with lakeview. Staff was very frendly and even served us dinner as we arrived very late when they was closing.

The hospitality, the staff, the feel of being spoiled. Everyday there was fresh coffee and the room is cleaned and tidy. Excellent food at the restaurant “Il Crotto” fresh ingredients and authentic dishes! The communication with the owner was excellent and help us with all kind of information. Each evening dining was served with compliments from the restaurant. It’s on 5 minutes walk from the train station and port.

Our second visit here and just as good, if not better! We had the quadruple room (103) with a loft area which our daughter slept in. All very comfortable, stylish, warm and well equipped. We met up with our son and his partner who had a junior suite and had some delicious food and wine in the bar including a fabulous platter of local meats & cheeses. Breakfast was also excellent - a wonderful buffet of local produce plus eggs cooked to order on request. Great communication from Luca - we wish them all the best with their future projects and hope to be back again one day.
