The landlord is too kind. The vineyard and olive grove seen from the room window are so beautiful. We stayed for four days, and next time we will stay for a week. I'll revisit. The swimming pool is also spacious and peaceful, like a small city. I highly recommend it. Beautiful swimming pool, cute puppy, delicious breakfast, wine field, spacious house, sunset, traditional space, everything is perfect.

Everything about our stay was awesome. Emanuela was so welcoming and friendly and also recommended a great local restaurant for dinner. The apartment had a wonderfully authentic old-fashioned style to match its location in a heritage building by the Piazza Grande, but with all the necessary contemporary finishing touches and fittings to make you feel comfortable (eg kitchen and shower). Emanuela also provided everything you might need in the kitchen, including complimentary coffee and toast for breakfast, which was great.

Excellent location, right in the city center and on the main road of Montepulciano. The room was spacious, very comfortable bed, large bathroom. Although the windows of our room faced the main street, they were well soundproofed so it was nice and quiet. Warm welcome from our hosts, they gave us a lot of info about what to visit or where to eat well in Montepulciano. Also, we had a very good comunication with them before arriving at the location with all the required details. Thank you Luisa & Giuseppe, you are doing an excellent job!

The terrace has one of the best views on the town, and it's excellent for having a glass of wine or breakfast while enjoying the vast romantic landscape. The room was cosy and modern, tastefully designed and equipped with a coffee machine and all you would expect for an Italian style breakfast. It was much more than we expected.Wonderful place.

Everything was excellence, the apartment is very-very nice, modern, bright and cozy in the totally renewed apartment building. The location is very good, not far from the centro historico, but with very comfortable parking facilities. Tuscany is allways beuatiful, but maybe this part is the nicest. Giulia and Sebastian are one of the best hosts we have ever met, they are very friendly, attentives and taking care their guests. We got good restaurant tips from them and Giulia told us where is worth to try thermal baths in the neighborhoud
