Extremely clean, spacious and tidy rooms with everything you need. Had a lovely big balcony with a view of the sea and Stromboli. Marco was extremely lovely, helpful and welcoming. The restaurant downstairs had amazing food at a good price, we ate there every night of our stay. All the staff were so friendly and helpful during our stay. Short walk to the beach, station and supermarkets. Would definitely come back!

Amazing owners, very kind and always ready to help on any matter. The apartment is comfortable and cozy, with gorgeous view. Grocery store is 15 mins walking, also many nice pizzerias are in 10-15 mins walking availability. Preferably to travel by car but it was no problem: we were offered a transfer from/to closest train station (additional gratitude for a late night transfer). P.S. Best croissants we have ever tried.

Well equipped and clean room. We could take a lovely breakfast on the balcony. The location is great- just 10 minutes walk to the station and the old town, and in a quiet neighbourhood. The lady who met us was very friendly and helpful. We would definately stay again.

We had a wonderful experience at BellaVita and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tropea. The location is absolutely perfect, putting us within easy walking distance of all the town's highlights, restaurants, and beaches. Our host, Antonella, was a highlight of our trip. She was so kind and genuinely helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment itself was spotless, with daily cleaning service that made our stay feel extra special. We were also grateful for the A/C, which was a lifesaver in the summer heat, and the availability of coffee and tea. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

I rate Residenza Arena an 11/10.The owner, Antonio's hospitality exceeded all exceptions - room was super clean and the location was walking distance. Would definitely recommend this stay.
