Lovely place right in the middle of Cagliari centre, close to bars, restaurants and shops. Also close to the train station and bus stops. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and always clean. Breakfast was great with delicious homemade cakes and crostatas, fresh bread, homemade jams and coffee. Definitely recommend.

Really easy to get there ( good instructions), we could park our car nearby (free), neigborhood felt safe and was quiet. The appartement was perfect for us! The teenagers had their own room and I slept in the livingroom sofa bed ( it was the best sofa bed I have ever slept in!!) so I could get up and enjoy my morning coffee in peace not disturbing them. The view from the balkony was not the prettiest, but very interesting. Kitchen was really well equipped. The walk to the old town area was ok, not too far away. The lovely park of Galleria Comunale d'arte we walked in about 10min and from there furher! I would absolutely stay here again! The host Nicola was so nice, friendly and helpful. The best!

We loved our stay here! The hotel is in an excellent location, less than a 5-minute walk from the train station, which made getting to and from the airport so easy. It’s also very central, perfect for exploring Cagliari on foot. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and all the facilities we needed. We received a warm and friendly welcome, and I especially appreciated that they contacted us before arrival with the option to book a private hour in the wellness room - such a thoughtful touch. They also kindly let us leave our luggage there after check-out since we had a late flight, which made things so much more convenient. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Cagliari.

We had an amazing stay! The room was spotless, very clean and comfortable. The location couldn't be better – it was so close to everything, which made exploring super easy. Carlo was incredibly helpful and always available to answer any questions we had. He even helped organize an airport transfer in the middle of the night, which was a huge relief. On our departure day, he kindly let us leave our bags for a few hours since our flight was in the afternoon. Truly great hospitality – highly recommend!

The host was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in very early after a long flight, which we truly appreciated. The location was fantastic—close to a peaceful square with trees and just a short walk to the city center. The room was spotless, with a modern design inside a charming older building with high ceilings. The entire facility felt very new, with modern furniture and daily cleaning. The hostess was very kind, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The manager goes above and beyond! Amazing stay in Cagliari. One of the most friendly and caring person I have ever met. The rooms are super clean and comfortable! Located in a quiet part of the marina but still very central. Great spot! I cannot think of anything wrong if ur looking for a centrally located apartment which is brand new! Highly recommended!
