Excellent room! Comfortable, new, perfectly clean, airy and sunny. Excellent area, very close to the central train station and the city center. Although next to a main road, it was absolutely quiet. Waking up in the morning with the chirping of birds was wonderful. The host was very helpful even for issues that were not related to the room (such as information about our transportation in the city).In the room, a basket full of treats, many types of coffee and tea as well as cold water and juices in the fridge awaited us! The bed was very comfortable and convenient! I highly recommend it!!!

The room is in a very good location to explore Bologna by day and night! Lots of foodspots just around the corner and about 5 to 10 minutes walking distance into the city center! The rooms itself are newly renovated with love to every detail! Mary was very helpful with parking our car (there is a parking lot available), spots to enjoy food or drinks throughout the day and with every other issue we had! We had a great start of our roadtrip!

Excellent location. Beautiful triple room apartment with a fantastic view. Very modern and exceptionally clean. We even had a fresco - high ceilings. Very comfortable large bed with good pillows. The location is excellent, the room was very comfortable and with a huge shower. It has aircon and is super clean. The staff were friendly (online contact). I would absolutely recommend.

The rooms are very nice and clean and Lorenzo had a great vibe. There are a few different busses very close to the apartment, nb. 20 for example goes right to the city centre in 15 min max. We recommend the place.
