Super new apartment , small but everything renovated and more than enough for a short break around the city. 30min Walk distance to the city center but with transport on the door step. Host was great and helpful.

Just 5 mins from Bologna Station and 15-20 mins from the historical centre, we were really impressed by Madame Bologna. Despite initially being nervous about downloading the app and reliability for the entry system to the gate and doors, instructions were clear and it all worked perfectly. Our host was really quick to reply and very helpful so we felt taken very good care of. The room was spacious especially for such a central location and it had a terrace overlooking large trees. The cleanliness and standard of decoration was incredibly good and the bed comfortable. The coffee machine and snacks replaced daily were much appreciated and our room was cleaned daily. Being in a residential block, it was was quiet at night so we slept very well.

The host was very considerate and recommended many local delicacies to us. The room was very clean and close to the center of Bologna, which was very convenient. If I come back to Bologna again, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Great location in the center, near the train station, the main square and many other attractions! Positioned near many good restaurants, shops and bars easily accessible in walking distance! Federico the owner is absolutely Excellent! Friendly and caring giving great service and assistance to every need!!!

There are just three rooms in this accomodation. The location is good, half way between the central station and the heart of the old town. The Diana room was newly renovated/opened and of a very high standard. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were warm and friendly online, although I never met them in person.

Excellent location. Beautiful triple room apartment with a fantastic view. Very modern and exceptionally clean. We even had a fresco - high ceilings. Very comfortable large bed with good pillows. Excellent shower and lots of fluffy pillows. Added touch of lots of pleasant smelling toiletries and slippers. Amanda at reception was so pleasant and helpful - thanks! Would recommend 👌 A gem

The location was perfect, 3 minutes walking from train station and 15 minutes to the center. The room is new and very clean.Definitely we come back.

Everything. Clean, large room, superb staff, comfortable bed. Nice position for those who have to visit the Fiera for work. A bar is located directly downstairs.
