Very nice modern apartment with two balconies is located in a completely renovated building which is equipped with an elevator. The owner is very friendly and sociable, answers all questions. It was very nice that he prepared a treat for us in the apartment - local cakes.

A bright, clean, and spacious apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. I appreciate the two bathrooms with two toilets. The bedrooms face the courtyard and are not affected by street noise. Very close to the main attractions, wonderful host and very clean rooms. When you first arrive it seems a bit of, but as soon as you enter you’re met by clean, modern and cozy rooms. Would definitely stay again.

Beautifully renovated property. Clean and looks brand new, well decorated and bed were really comfortable. The host replied to all my messages instantly and was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and left well rested. Plenty of Parking is available on the street outside of the property.

The owner met us on arrival (with a gift) and was very friendly and helpful. The room was very well presented - everything was new and tasteful. Great air conditioning during a heatwave. Very convenient location for our last swim before heading for the airport.

For us it was the perfect location, two minutes walk from the ocean and near by public transportation. The staff was very friendly, helpful and nice. The room was bigger than expected, and the patio superb for long mornings in the sunbed. I would definately go back here when visiting Bari and Santo Spirito again, because me and my girlfriend had a wonderful time. Best regards Simon and Mai
