Large spacious room with large bathroom and balcony after major renovation in a safe area. Nice and clean, elevator. Well-functioning air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Great location: Bari Centrale, Old Town, promenade and Pane e Pomidoro beach within a few minutes' walk. In the area there are many restaurants and public transport stops. Friendly and helpful owner, contact with him via WhatsApp. He responded quickly to our requests, accepted much earlier check-in and advised places where you can eat well and drink coffee. Quick check-out regardless of the time and the possibility of leaving luggage.

10/10, location is perfect, host is very kind and welcoming, everything looks new, Wi-Fi is fast, 5 minute walk to Bari central station, would definitely return.

This place is superb, everything was perfect and spotless clean. Bathroom and room are huge. Balcony has a view on Bari streets so we enjoyed spending late evening there. Host was very nice and helpfull - let us check in 3h earlier. Location was also really good, close to all the buses and trains which was really important to us to explore Puglia. Hope to be back here again.

Nice accommodation near main train station of Bari (walking distance). Surprisingly, being by the station, we were not bothered by trains. The room and bathroom were very nice and super clean (also my mum appreciated it, which is a though customer :) ). We had coffee and tea in the room, AC with heating and comfortable bed. There are some nice restaurants near by and 10 min walk to main shopping street in Bari.

The host had left Coffee and tea and sweet breakfast things. We had a difficulty with our Italian Sim cards and both the host her husband and son were exceptionally helpful! Rosealba came looking for us when we arrived because the taxi dropped us off at the wrong place and we were lost in the maze of the old town. She and her husband were most welcoming!

The apartment was new, clean, and cozy. There’s a table with chairs outside and toys for the kids. Free parking in front and a big supermarket nearby. Daily croissants, juice, and water were a lovely touch. Highly recommended!

Location: was near railway Bari Centrale, 10 min walk from city center Accommodations: furniture new, clean, very well upadated. Cleaning: very clean, towel change every 2-3 days, refrigerator refill with water every 2 days and biscuites and some cookies. Host: the host was exactly what a host should be, welcoming and making you feel good, making you feeling like at home

The rooms were very clean and new. we enjoy to be in the room and it was our best rooms in the 10 days we where in the area. Urban Oasis team were very helpful with what ever we asked. We needed a taxi pick up at the night 03:00 and they call us and help us to book it. They own a pizza close that was very testy . I am very recommend it to all.
