Very easy access to the building. Everything is very good explained. They were flexible with the check in. times . The room looked fantastic, very spacious and clean. There is a nice little kitchen if you want to cook yourself but you should rather enjoy their restaurant which has great food . The staff is exceptional, really nice and helpful. Annalisa and Luca are one of the nicest couples you could want to meet let alone be your host. Their property is of an exceptional location for the beach(five minutes walk) for Ancona and all the surrounding towns you want to see of the Marche. We visited Loretto, Numana, Sirolo, Recanatti, Senigalia, there are a number of other places we just did not have time to see, so for this reason we shall be returning to Carpe Diem next summer for a longer period. Exceptionally clean and modern apartment with a shared kitchen, this did not bother us as we quickly made friends with the other guests, thus made our stay that much more enjoyable. My wife and I are really looking forward to returning next year.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean (very clean:), and the owners as well as the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Once our flight was cancelled, and we were able to return and stay at the same place without any problem, which we truly appreciated. The room was comfortable, the bathroom both beautiful and functional, and the location perfect – close to great restaurants with delicious food. We are absolutely delighted with our experience and will gladly recommend this hotel to others!
