Easy check-in, quick wapp response to question. Very new building, so everything still nice and new. Room was of a good size, everything was very clean. Comfortable beds, great shower. Room has outside door which leads onto a patio. Nice views outside of the mountains and also some horses nearby. Very big and clean shared kitchen area, that also includes a sitting area with couches. Great location, very near Gullfoss waterfall. We did not use the kitchen for dinner, only for breakfast, and it had everything we needed. We were the only guests which made for a lovely quiet stay.

Best hotel during our stay in Iceland. The pictures don't do it justice because everything is much better in reality. The rooms are big, the kitchen is well stocked with an oven, stove-top, coffee machine, water heater and dishwasher (expect for salt, pepper and oil which you have to get yourself) and the private washing room has a washing machine and a dryer. The included breakfast was delicious and the dining area very beautifully decorated. A grocery store selling all the essentials is right across the road.
