It is a lovely family house♥️ the owners were very friendly family. It is super clean and the breakfast was really delicious. And they knocked our door when the nortern lights come :) it was around 8 pm. we saw the lights clearly from the apartments window. Specially thanks to the owners

This is a fantastic place. Clean, friendly, close to everything. The breakfast was great and the dining place very charming. The young receptionist Julian was an amazing host who also gave us excellent travel tips. We very much recomend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Gaulverjaskoli. Magnea and Greg are very warm hosts and have created a charming place to stay. The rooms are very cozy and clean and have everything you need. The shared kitchen and the charming winter garden were also great. It was a wonderful place to linger and chat with the other guests. The kitchen itself is well equipped for cooking. Magnea and Greg had very good recommendations for activities in the area and selfoss was a great base for horse riding, driving to the golden circle and hiking to hot springs. We can highly recommend this accommodation.

Very nice location! The cottage was very cozy with all the comforts. We were very welcome by the host. Totally recommended! P. S. Keep in mind the instructions for the hottub.. 30 minutes are indeed enough to join the hottub!
