Remotely located, the small cabins are really nice and the rooms very functional. it had been a miserable weather day all day so we were happy to arrive there and dry out. The room is great, bed very comfortable and we had our own bathroom. The breakfast was really good, and I regret we did not try out the restaurant because we had eaten a little earlier. The owner is also the owner of the farm on the opposite side of the road. Sheep all around.

What a truly amazing stay, one of our favourites in Iceland! We stayed here for only one night (sadly!) on our way back to Vik after traveling to Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon and Diamond Beach. Everything was spotlessly clean and our rooms were so delightful! What a beautiful place! Highly recommend.

The villa was exceptional. It had 4 rooms to accommodate all of us (group of 9). One room was single, with one bed, which was great as one of us went sick at that time, so he could be left alone a get well. It had a spacious kitchen, dinning area and living area, good working wi-fi. Location was a little bit too far, in the middle of nowhere, but that's what we wanted: to be away from the light to be able to watch aurora, which we saw on both our nights. That theatre on the sky was indescribable. I also booked the villa for the fact that it had washing machine and dryer, so we could wash and dry our clothes as we were travelling light.
