Well equipped, spacious and very cosy apartment with a beautiful Mountain View. The booking was very short termed and we arrived late but everything was well prepared nonetheless. Our hosts were very friendly, helpful and even surprised us with delicious homemade pancakes! The apartment is well located for exploring the golden circle area and we can definitely recommend it also for a longer stay. We had an awesome time even though the weather was very rainy. I loved the place! It was our favourite house in our Icelandic trip. We were family of 5 and this house outside of Hella is just a paradise. Hot-tub is just lovely to have and Linda is wonderful to talk, very quick in replying. All was just perfect and I would love to come back! Kitchen is so stylish, Kjarval book of paintings was great to read and bathrobes were a cherry on top. I highly recommend this oasis. Takk fyrir!

Very good place, close to a river and quite dark all around, can be a nice spot to see northern lights. The rooms are some old fishermen cabins very nicely restored, and the hosts were super nice! I would definitely go back there again

Super easy to get the keys, one of our rooms was a door code the other was a lockbox. Everything was nice and clean. The shared spaces were large and plentiful. The beds were so comfortable, I wish my bed at home was like that.

Very warm welcoming, the room was cosy and with a view on fields with horses. So charming! Attention to details. Very comfortable beds. A tea / coffee and pack of cookies on a table was such a nice surprise:)
