Excellent property with excellent stuff! We moved from the main cliff to Magnolia Property and it was the best thing we did. The property is clean, well maintained and there is also a pool in the property but that most probably will not be needed as the sea is at 50m. Nijab and the rest of the team are excellent! We had a health issue with my wife and all of them were very supportive and assisted us a lot. Additionally there is an on sight restaurant which is totally fantastic. If you are looking for a tranquil accommodation near the Beach, this is the place.

Wonderful guesthouse near the cliff in Varkala - only 5 minutes away from the cliff but nevertheless it is a very quiet place. The rooms are spacious and super clean, they beds are cosy, the bathrooms are spacious too and well-equipped and every room has a kettle, tea and coffee sachets and 2 bottles of filtered water. Every room also has a nice terrace or balcony facing the lovely garden of the property. There is a laundry service and the host is a super nice woman, who helps with everything you need or could wish for. I had an absolute wonderful time there and can't wait to be back! Thank you Mango Villa!

Calm surroundigs and yet close to the sea and many resturants and shopping along the beach. It has a nice resturangt close, Mohan Café, with tasty and very good food. The management and staff was very kind and helpful far beyond our expectations. The accomodation was charmig and spacefull. Very nice terrace India as its best.

When I decided to choose IHA to stay, I took the reviews into consideration. And without a doubt, it was the best choice. The room was large, clean, and had a comfortable bed. There was an electric kettle in the room. You can cook your own food in the kitchen. Filtered water is available. And for me, the most important thing was that Manu (the owner) really takes care of his guests and does everything he can to make them feel at home. Not only did he call a taxi to take me to the airport, but he was also waiting for me at 1:30 a.m. to say goodbye and help me. The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from North Cliff. I highly recommend this place to stay. If I return to Varkala, I will come back here. Thank you, Manu, for all your help and dedication. 🙏

Excellent Stay at Rams Guest House, Varkala I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rams Guest House in Varkala and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious and come with comfortable queen beds, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Nestled in a tranquil area away from the hustle and bustle, it offers a serene environment ideal for relaxation. One of the highlights is its prime location, just a short walk from the stunning Varkala Cliff, Black Beach, and Odayam. This makes it very convenient to explore the local attractions without the need for transportation. The guest house also provides ample car parking space, which is a great plus for those traveling by car. They offer homemade food at an extra charge, and I must say the Idli and Dosa are a must-try! The meals are healthy, cooked with minimal oil and spices, and exclusively use coconut oil for a truly authentic flavor. The use of well water for bathing added a refreshing touch to the experience. Overall, Rams Guest House offers excellent hospitality and comfort, making it a perfect place to stay when visiting Varkala. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

Super nice! Very cozy and comfortable guesthouse, well-located away from the busy cliff tourist area (but still within walking distance). Our room was spacious, and the bed quality was excellent. The guesthouse is quiet and located just 1 minute away from the beach in a charming garden. Food is available, and laundry service is provided. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back if we return to Varkala!

Lovely place in a great location on the north cliff in Varkala, around 5 minute to the beach. Extremely close to all the restaurants/shops along the cliff but set back slightly so it is nice and quiet. Nice room with good fan, hot water and Wi-Fi. Nice little outdoor area outside the room with table and chairs which was shared with another room. Free water refills. Able to pay by card. The host was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
