Halt in Srinagar! Excellent Value & Location. A fantastic one-night stay at Lake Boulevard Guest House on my way to Ladakh. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Dal Lake. It's the best and cheapest accommodation I could find, offering amazing value. The host, Mr. Asif, is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. Highly recommend for a comfortable, budget-friendly stay.

The owner of this property Mr Sadat is such a great help. Although I booked my room only a day prior to my visit, he somehow arranged rooms at his property for another 4 nights and also arranged all the tours and transfers for us on such short notice.

The location of the hotel was a prime location. We were actually in bliss with the place and Srinagar in general. The ambience of the rooms were quite amazing. We stayed for 4 days. On day 1, we arrived at around 8:30PM. And a day prior to the Srinagar visit, they actually gave us a pointer that we’d require either a new prepaid sim or an existing postpaid network. Thanks to that reminder, we got a sim right after we arrived at the Airport

I can't even explain it in words. It exceeds my expectations. It's worth of money. The property is amazing. Staff is so cooperative. They even provided me kashmiri delicacy on the eve of Eid and all that was free . The owner is amazing person so as their staff I recommend everyone this property. They even arrange car for travel and even shakra for dal site seen and all this in much lower than the other. They are so amazing I am coming back again here and i also recommend everyone to visit this property

I had pre-booked my first night in India. I was looking for a nice houseboat which could provide peace and quiet, genuine Kashmir food and an astonishing view — all this on a budget. My research led me to Kings Houseboats: Spot on! My plan was to stay a night or two meanwhile I was looking for the right place to stay but when I arrived at the houseboat and I saw my room, I knew I found the right place! When you are lying down on your pillow looking out through the wide side windows and you see the amazing lotus fields spreading out until the misty mountains of the Himalayan — this is life! See pictures taken from my double bed and from the front deck. Ask for Master cabin: Room 007. When I took a rickshaw (100 rubies — electric rickshaw) downtown to Dal lake and I saw the houseboats all stuck together and the shikara driving around like crazy, I really understood that I made the right decision! The Dunoo family will take care of you. This is a well-respected family, with the heart on the right place! They will try to make the best for you during your stay AND without any hidden plans. The awe-inspiring father will treat you like a son and accommodate all your needs. The mother will spoil you with excellent Kashmir food.
