The property is a stand-alone building in a gated compound with another bungalow. It has two well-furnished bedrooms (one is airconditioned), a living room, a kitchenette (with a refrigerator, microwave, and induction oven), and a large bathroom. I was alone in the property, and felt completely safe. Across the street is Kumar Pacific Mall (but cross at Mira Society), which has a nice food court. However, the biggest plus is the owner, Pradeep K. He is available on site to address any issues, and also gave me a ride to Mira Society because it was drizzling. All in all, a great experience, and will stay again.

The property was ok. Proper toiletries were not provided tho. The main door was not getting locked because of the poor maintenance. It became a task for us to even get inside the house. The owner/ caretaker Nidhi was not at all helpful and rude. Even though on booking.com it is mentioned that the checkout can be done till 12 am (which was the main reason for us to book the property) they didn’t allow us to and asked to pay around 300 extra per hour. Not at all professional! The overall experience was not good.
